Sec. 02 — The Catalog
Our first pour. A grotesk drawn with a trowel, not a pen — flat terminals, no optical corrections, no mercy. The house face of two federal prisons and one techno label.
Broken on purpose. Every counter is severed like a shipping crate stencil. Designed in one furious weekend after a client asked for "something friendly."
A poster face that fits eleven words where three should go. Tested at 40 meters on the side of a Rotterdam parking garage. Legible. Barely. Perfect.
Set in wet tarmac. A monospace for terminals, timetables and threats. Zero is slashed, one is footed, and the ampersand looks like it got in a fight.
The whole road in one file. Hairline whisper to nine-hundred-weight shout, needle-narrow to billboard-wide. The typeface this entire site is set in — axes included.

Sec. 04 — Manifesto
Type is infrastructure.
A letterform is a load-bearing wall. If it only works at 400 points in a portfolio PDF, it does not work. Everything we ship is tested at 9px on a cracked phone screen and at 4 meters on wet concrete.
Show the skeleton.
No optical trickery we can't explain in one sentence. Our curves have visible decisions in them. If a corner looks like a decision, it was one.
One accent is enough.
Black, white, and one color at full volume. Safety orange was standardized to be seen through fog and smoke. Your brand deck with fourteen pastels cannot say that.
Weight is a voice.
A variable axis is not a gimmick — it's a throat. The same word can whisper at wght 100 and put its fist through drywall at 900. Use the whole range or buy a static font from someone politer.
No cursive. Ever.
